What shipping methods are available?

Free or £1 shipping if your order is for our Art Masks alone.
UK orders: Royal Mail service – standard cost: £3.80

International orders (*): Tracked shipping via Royal Mail.  We send you a tracking link on dispatch. EU: £12.50. Worldwide: £14.50

Tube or flat packed prints may have higher shipping costs owing to package sizes and weights.

Our in-cart shipping calculator will show you exact shipping costs.
For special shipping requests please contact us before you order. We’re happy to provide personal assistance and personal quotations or advice.

* Your local postal service may require payment of customs or taxation for international shipments. You are responsible for dealing with this.

Do you ship internationally?

We do ship internationally. Please see rates and information above.

For unusually large or small orders to be sent outside the UK we can sometimes offer better shipping rates. If you are considering a large or small order then please feel free to send us an email first to check for the best shipping option.

If your final order requires additional postage costs we will contact you to agree this before proceeding to ship.

How long will it take to get my package?

We aim to dispatch your order within 5 business days from order.
You will receive an email notifying completion and dispatch of your order when this takes place. Please check your spam folder!

Standard delivery times from dispatch are:
UK: 2-3 business days.
Europe: 3-5 business days.
Worldwide: 6-7 business days.

If your order is urgent please send us an email, quoting your order number, and we’ll do our very best to accelerate delivery when we can.

Please note that the effects of the 2020-23 global pandemic have lead to significant postal delays in many territories. The situation is changeable and often unpredictable. If your shipment is delayed please check your postal service’s website to check any specific local information. Please also be prepared to ‘sit tight’. We have found that nearly all delayed items do eventually arrive. We appreciate that this is not ideal. However it is sometimes understandable given the constraints of the public health emergency and we thank you for your patience and understanding. If you have a delay we will do our best to advise if you would like to get in touch.


What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payment via debit and major credit cards. You can pay via Stripe ( one of the world’s leading secure payment gateways ) or if you prefer via PayPal using your card or PayPal account – please contact us with your order requirements if you would prefer to use PayPal.

We do not see or store your full card details. Stripe gives you the option to store them securely inside their system on checkout. If you do this you can save time not having to re-enter card details when you order again from Duille or other Stripe-enabled companies.

We also offer payment via BACS or by phone. Please contact us to request this option.

How can I cancel or change my order?

If your order is awaiting dispatch it can be changed or cancelled. Please contact us quoting your order number, to arrange this.

If your order has been dispatched it can be returned if you are unhappy with the item/s once received. Please see ‘Returns’ below for full details.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not need an account to place an order; customer accounts are an optional facility.

If you wish to create an account when placing an order you can securely store your delivery and order information. This allows you to save time when you next order.

Card and payment information can be securely stored by our payment processors ( Stripe or PayPal ) – if you choose to do this. We do not store or see or store your card details which are secured by the checkout system.


You can return unwanted products. They must be in their original packaging, unused and undamaged.
You cannot return: Items made to order, personalised items, non-defective jewellery and face masks.

To receive a full refund of the purchase cost of returned item/s please follow these five steps:
1. Contact us with your order number stating the reason for return and we will confirm this with you via email.

2. Items to be returned must be in their original packaging and unused. We suggest that you photograph the item/s pre-return as evidence that they are undamaged.

3. Please pack the item/s correctly to avoid in-transit damage.

4. Send the item to our address. To cover for in-transit loss or damage we suggest you use a tracked, insured postage service. You must pay return shipping costs which cannot be refunded and you remain responsible for the item/s until they are delivered back to our address.

5. When we receive your returned item/s at our address they will be checked and if they are fit for resale your refund will be processed.

Please be aware that we are unable to refund returned items that do not reach our address or are received with damage or soiling. Shipping charges are not refunded for items you return except in the case of transit – damage or faults in items you receive from us.
