If your final order requires additional postage costs we will contact you to agree this before proceeding to ship.

How long will it take to get my package?

For UK orders we aim to dispatch your order within 5 business days but will often do so much sooner; you will receive an email notifying completion and dispatch of your order when this takes place.

Standard delivery times from dispatch are:
UK: 2-3 business days.
Europe: 3-5 business days.
Rest of world: 6-7 business days.

If there is a particular urgency for your order please send us an email, quoting your order number, and we’ll do our very best to accelerate delivery when we can.

Please note that the effects of the 2020/21 global pandemic have lead to significant postal delays in many territories. The situation is changeable and often unpredictable. If your shipment is delayed in transit please consult your postal service’s website to check any specific local information. Be prepared to ‘sit tight’. We have found that nearly all delayed items do eventually arrive. Though not ideal it is sometimes understandable given the constraints of the public health emergency. We thank you for your patience and understanding and will do our best to advise if you would like to get in touch.
