What shipping methods are available?

For orders of Art Cards we offer a UK standard shipping option. Cost: £1.00.

All other UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail First Class ‘Signed For’ service. This ensures a good fast and secure delivery straight to your specified address. Cost: £3.50

For all other orders we will use international, tracked and signed-for postage. Costs vary depending on destination.
European Union: £10.00. International: £12.00

Do you ship internationally?

We do ship internationally using tracked, signed-for and insured postage. Cost EU: £10.00 International: £12.00.

In the case of unusually large or small orders to be sent outside the UK we may be able to offer more cost effective shipping rates so we may email you to make sure that delivery methods and charges suit your requirements.

If you are considering a large or small order then please feel free to send us an email first to check for the best shipping option.

If your final order requires additional postage costs we will contact you to agree this before proceeding to ship.

How long will it take to get my package?

For UK orders we aim to dispatch your order within 5 business days but will often do so much sooner; you will receive an email notifying completion and dispatch of your order when this takes place.

Delivery of your order via Royal Mail First Class Signed For service is specified on the next working day after dispatch. At busy times we have found that delivery may take an additional one or two days from dispatch.

For orders to be sent outwith the UK we will advise projected delivery times once we have liaised with you on the details.

If there is a particular urgency for your order please send us an email, quoting your order number, and we’ll do our very best to accelerate delivery when we can.

Payment

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payment via debit and major credit cards. You can pay via Stripe ( one of the world’s leading secure payment gateways ) or if you prefer via PayPal using your card or PayPal account. We do not store your card details, though we do offer the option to store them securely with Stripe when you checkout. By doing this when you place an order you can save time not having to re-enter card details when you order again from Duille.

How can I cancel or change my order?

Orders which have not yet been dispatched can be changed or cancelled. Please contact us via email, quoting your order number, to arrange this.

Orders which have been dispatched can be returned if you are unhappy with the item/s once received. A full refund of the purchase cost of the item/s will be made. Shipping costs cannot be refunded and you are responsible for paying for return shipping and ensuring that the returned items are packed correctly to avoid in-transit damage. Items to be returned must be in their original packaging and unused. Items which are made to order or personalised cannot be returned unless defective.

For items which are received damaged in transit please contact us via email, quoting your order number and attaching a photograph of the item showing the damage. We will arrange to refund or replace the item as you wish.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not need an account to place an order. We offer a facility to create an account when placing an order. This securely stores your delivery and order information and allows you to save time when you next order.
Card and payment information can be securely stored by our payment processors ( Stripe or PayPal ) – if you choose to do this when checking out. We do not store your card details and, in fact, never see them because they are secured by the checkout system.

How can I return a product?

We accept returns of unwanted products which are in their original packaging and unused. Items which are made to order or personalised cannot be returned unless defective. We’re unable to accept return of non-defective jewellery items for reasons of hygiene.

You are responsible for paying for return shipping for which costs cannot be refunded. You must ensure that the returned items are packed correctly to avoid in-transit damage. Items to be returned must be in their original packaging and unused.

To return a product please contact us via email in the first instance quoting your order number and stating the reasons for return.
